Our range of pad printing machines is extensive. We
have pioneered many of the standard technologies used
in the market today; this has allowed us to offer the
customer everything from the most basic hand operated
unit to very high speed fully automatic systems.

The ink reservoir is protected by a retractable cover,
reducing solvent evaporation and ink contamination.
The imaged cliché plate is doctored using a straight
doctor blade that rests in the covered inkwell.

Ink is sealed inside an inverted cup that is pressed
against and doctors the imaged cliché plate.
It is held in place by either an adjustable air-pressurized
rotating cylinder shaft (unique to Teca-Print machines)
or a traditional spring pressured plunger. This stabilizes
ink viscosity and performance by eliminating undesirable
solvent evaporation and particulate contamination.
